Job Description
The Member Engagement Director at the Dr. P. Phillips YMCA Family Center (Olando, FL) provides strategic leadership, drives growth, and ensures high-quality service delivery. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business-to-Consumer sales, 2 years in a senior sales management role
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing sales or engagement teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
