Job Description
This position is responsible for monitoring sports activity, enforcing rules, and ensuring a fair game experience for youth sports.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- 1-3 years' experience as a youth referee/official preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of league rules
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated responsibility and dependability
- Patience, sensitivity, and understanding
