Area Supervisor WCA (Seasonal)

The Area Supervisor at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts will assist with the responsibility for all components of the city beaches and pool while maintaining a supportive, positive atmosphere. The position is a summer seasonal role with a start date of June 15th going through August 23rd.

Requirements

• Maintain the highest aquatic standards
• Assume a lead role during shift and directly carry out leadership responsibilities
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff
• Conduct regular safety inspections of aquatic facilities and environment
• Manage staff coverage and scheduling
• Assist with in-service training of staff
