Membership Coordinator/Building Supervisor (Full-Time)

The Membership Coordinator/Building Supervisor will provide quality customer service, manage membership and billing, oversee front desk and Daxko operations, and develop new programs to meet the needs of the Leominster Branch membership and the community.

Requirements

• Solid supervisory, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Minimum of two-year college degree, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• At least one-year experience in customer service
• Strong organizational, computer and communication skills
• Human Relations Skills: Strong human relation skills including the ability to establish and maintain a positive work environment with other staff, volunteers and the members
