Job Description
Design, lead, and improve fitness and wellness programs at the Central YMCA Family Location. Recruit and manage staff, develop budgets, and lead innovation in member engagement.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Fitness management, Health/Physical Education, Exercise Science, or equivalent
- Certified personal trainer certification (ACE or NASM)
- Proven success in developing and scaling wellness programs
