Program Leader Summer Teen Camp- Walnut YMCA Family Location

The Program Leader Summer Teen Camp position is responsible for developing and implementing workshops and activities for teens, ensuring their safety and welfare, and working cooperatively with other staff. The role also involves interacting with parents/guardians, organizing events, and maintaining YMCA standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age (at least 4 years older than teen in program)
• Demonstrate maturity, good judgement, previous camp experience, or experience working with groups of children
