Join our Greater Cleveland YMCA team as a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and help provide quality, safe and healthy programs and services in our community.
Requirements
- Design and instruct safe, high-quality, effective and challenging group exercise classes
- Demonstrate skills being taught in class and explain them clearly to class members
- Monitor intensity, technique, proper form, and hydration throughout the class
- Record class attendance accurately
- Ensure the safety of all participants and know emergency procedures
