Job Description
Member Service Representative responsible for conducting member interaction tasks, promoting member satisfaction and membership sales, and maintaining balanced cash drawer and receipting according to procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Cash management experience
- Organized and able to follow directions
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in diverse situations successfully
- Computer and keyboarding experience
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
