Job Description
Member Service Representatives are responsible for promoting member satisfaction, sales, and retention through phone and in-person interactions, administrative activities, and record keeping.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
- Cash management experience
- Organized and able to follow directions
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in diverse situations successfully
- Computer and keyboarding experience
- Superior communication skills and phone etiquette
