Job Description
Member Service Representative is responsible for conducting member interaction tasks to promote satisfaction, membership sales, and retention at the West Park YMCA.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Cash management experience
- Organized and able to follow directions
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in diverse situations successfully
- Computer and keyboarding experience
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
