Requirements
- 1 year youth programming experience
- CPR and First Aid certification and Safety training
- Red Cross Babysitter Certification (if under 18)
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Excellent personal computer skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated team player
- Commitment to the mission, cause of the YMCA, and uphold its values and ethics
