Job Description
The NinjaZone Coach is responsible for leading fun and structured NinjaZone classes, creating age-appropriate lesson plans, and maintaining communication with parents and staff. The role requires a high-energy leadership style, excellent group management and communication skills, and a passion for working with youth.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth (teaching, coaching, childcare, or equivalent)
- At least 1 year working in gymnastics, tumbling, martial arts, dance, or obstacle-style programming
- CPR, First Aid, and Child Abuse Prevention certification within 30 days of hire
- NinjaZone Coach certification (training provided)
