The Residential Treatment Manager will oversee Operational and Clinical Administrative duties essential for successfully implementing Y-Haven’s Residential Treatment program serving 40-60 individuals at a time.
Requirements
- Treatment Group Schedule: Maintain Y-Haven’s Treatment Group schedule assuring each treatment group is staffed each day.
- Catering: Oversee catering program for RT participants including liaison with 3rd party caterer, managing equipment and supplies, invoicing, oversee food serving activities, menus, food delivery, special diets, quality control, food safety, program evaluation, complaints, etc.
- MAT: Oversee referrals to and from Medication Assisted Treatment programs and oversee collaborative partnerships with MAT providers.
- Peer Support Services: Develop and oversee collaboration with 3rd party provider of Peer Support Services assuring RT participants have ready access to quality peer support.
- 30 Hours of Weekly Service: Working with Y-Haven leadership and staff, ensure RT participants are offered at least 30 hours of clinical and non-clinical services.
- Resident Rooms: Oversee placement of new RT participants in Y-Haven apartment, assuring room readiness (cleanliness/supplies), key coding, etc.
