Join the Greater Cleveland YMCA team as a Swim Instructor and help provide quality, safe and healthy programs and services in our community.
Requirements
- Demonstrate skills and explain them clearly to class members
- Plan and deliver effective swim instruction using the Y of the USA swim curriculum
- Maintain positive rapport with participants and parents of participants
- Conduct all classes in accordance with YMCA of Cleveland standards and guidelines
- Responsible for the safety of all participants
