Activity Leader

Responsible for planning and implementing activities for teen programming during the summer that reinforce making positive decisions and honoring the core values of the YMCA.

Requirements

• Plan and implement weekday activities for program participants needs and interests
• Demonstrate the characteristics of a positive role model
• Work cooperatively with branch staff to ensure quality programming and correct marketing of activities
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and daily activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and direct supervisor
