Job Description
Childcare Receptionist position responsible for providing excellent front desk service to YMCA childcare program participants and parents.
Requirements
- Assists in food preparation (lunch and snack)
- Helps in ratio with the children as needed
- Provides excellent front desk service to program participants, their families, staff members and other individuals.
- Maintains Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) paperwork and records.
- Builds relationships with program participants and guests.
- Follows appropriate safety guidelines.
- Communicates to direct supervisor any concerns or incidents that may need follow-up.
