Job Description
The Group Exercise Instructor position at the West Carrollton YMCA involves providing excellent instruction and supervision for group exercise programs. This role focuses on both class delivery and the upkeep of the exercise area. The company fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals can grow and reach their potential.
Requirements
- Leads fitness and/or related classes following YMCA standards.
- Communicates and enforces wellness center rules.
- Trains participants in a professional manner.
- Watches and corrects participants on exercise safety.
- Promotes wellness and participates in YMCA programs.
- Arrives promptly to assigned duties.
- Sets up class equipment.
