Job Description
The Lead Teacher (Infant/Toddler/Preschool) role involves planning and implementing all classroom activities, ensuring children's social, physical, spiritual, and mental development, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The position requires daily communication with parents and collaboration with colleagues to support children's growth and development.
Requirements
- Plans, develops and implements weekly lesson plans.
- Works cooperatively with Assistant Teacher, Site Administrator, and other staff.
- Documents attendance, absenteeism, and incidents.
- Maintains classroom appearance and equipment.
- Maintains appropriate ratios.
- Attends meetings and training.
- Composes reports to parents and supervisors.
- Maintains child safety.
