Job Description
The YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Swim Instructor to provide excellent instruction and support to members and program participants. The role involves leading swim sessions, ensuring safety, training participants, and promoting YMCA programs. The company values inclusivity, support, and member potential.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months related swim instruction experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Experience with EAP (emergency action plan) is preferred
- Ability to administer the appropriate EAP
- Experience with incident and accident reporting
