Job Description
The YMCA is seeking a Before & After School Program Site Coordinator to support their Youth and Family Department. The role involves planning, staffing, overseeing activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining a positive environment for both children and staff. Requirements
- CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid certifications (renewed annually)
- Redwood Training completion within 30 days of hire
- Passionate and supportive of YMCA values (honesty, care, respect, responsibility)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 hours elementary education or child development course work
- At least 2 years’ experience working with children
