Requirements
- CPR/AED/O2, First Aid certification
- Bloodborne Pathogen, Sexual Harassment, Child Abuse Prevention, Slips Trips and Falls training
- 2 mandatory association Health and Fitness meetings per year
- Ability to lift in excess of 10 pounds
- High School education or equivalent preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong communication skills with complaint handling
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Ability to demonstrate skills correctly
- Knowledge of muscle groups and body mechanics
