Jr. Cabin Counselor - Summer Overnight Camp, YMCA Camp Classen

We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Jr. Cabin Counselors at YMCA Camp Classen. As a Jr. Cabin Counselor, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our campers, leading activities, and building relationships with parents and other staff. Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age
• Must have an interest in working with youth and exemplify and support the YMCA philosophy
• Certifications: CPR, AED & First Aid
• Must complete Red Woods Online Training within 30 days of hire date
• Experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: outdoor living, archery, boating, camping, songs/music, skits, sports, aquatics, recreational games, etc.

Benefits

• Starting Pay $200.00 per week
• Additional pay for specialized certifications (ie; Lifeguard, ropes and more)
