Job Description

Requirements
- Must be mentally alert to dangerous situations.
- Physical ability to use both legs and arms for exercises and assist a lifeguard.
- Ability to demonstrate exercises across varied distances.
- Ability to handle irate or demanding individuals calmly.
- Understand YMCA policies and guidelines.
- Promote water exercise classes to members.
- Get out of class equipment.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings.
- Maintain certifications.
