Job Description
Provide leadership to the Youth & Family Department, coordinate planning and development of activities, and supervise staff. Ensure the safety and well-being of children, develop relationships with members and donors, and administer snacks and meals.
Requirements
- Certified in PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid
- Completed annual compliance training within 30 days of hire and renewed annually
- 21 years old with experience in working with infants, children, and families
- Scheduling, supervising and evaluating staff, address parent concerns and communicate effectively
- Exemplify and support the philosophy of the YMCA
