Job Description
The Before and After School Care Instructor provides a safe and nurturing environment for school-aged children to learn and play, coordinating daily activities and serving as a role model to staff and participants.
Requirements
- Child Care certifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Completed course in school-age growth and development
- CPR, First Aid, AED, Abusive Head Trauma, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Mandated Reporter, Wisconsin Child Care Registry certification
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with others
- Strong oral and written communication skills
