Battle Challenge & Activity Specialist

The Battle Challenge & Activity Specialist will lead Battle Challenge responsibilities, facilitate specialty camps in the mornings, and 'Ohana Time activities in the afternoons. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Battle Challenge Program and a passion for teaching youth to explore the outdoors safely. Leadership skills, enthusiasm, patience, a sense of humor, and self-control are essential.

Requirements

• Leadership: Be a role model for & develop positive relationships with camp counselors.
• Child Development: Be a role model for & develop positive meaningful relationships with youth.
• Programming: Provide innovative and fun programming including leading skill tracks and cabin times.
• Bus Driver Certification
• CPR/AED and First Aid required
• TB test required
• Ability to be physically active all day
