Job Description
Under the supervision of the Senior Program Director, the Coordinator of Rentals & Retreats is responsible for leading safe and engaging camp activities, supporting hospitality services, and performing general camp operations.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or adults in a camp or outdoor recreational setting
- Understanding of childhood development and group management in a general camp setting
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- TB test
- YMCA Camp Erdman's High Ropes Facilitator Training
- YMCA Lifeguard Training
