Job Description
The position involves preparation, delivery, and clean up of meals for Camp Erdman programs. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning and caring for the kitchen and dining hall, and adhering to sanitary standards. Knowledge of food preparation procedures is preferred.
Requirements
- Knowledge of standards of food preparation, serving, and kitchen procedures
- Experience as a cook - camp or institutional food service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved Hawaii Food Handler course
