Job Description
The Youth Site Coordinator will provide a safe and enriching environment for children in the YMCA Childcare Programs at Wilson Elementary. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overall supervision of the programs and adherence to YMCA and DOE policies.
Requirements
- At least 20 years of age
- Associates/Bachelor's Degree (or two years of college coursework) in recreation, education, social work, or other related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, well organized, and multi-tasked oriented
- Lead by example, serve as a model of professionalism and competency for peers and employees
