We’re looking for a Full-Time Out of School Time Site Supervisor to lead our program right in the school setting. The Site Supervisor leads a team of program staff, aides, program leads, and unit leads to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where youth can learn, grow, and belong.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in education, recreation, human services, youth development, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in youth development, school-age programming, camp, recreation, education, or related nonprofit/community programming; supervisory experience preferred.
