Job Description
The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit is seeking Day Camp Counselors to work with youth in day camp programs, providing a safe and fun environment. Counselors will plan and implement activities, supervise campers, and model healthy behavior.
Requirements
- Plan, assist, and implement program activities
- Supervise and engage kids to ensure their safety and fun
- Attend all staff meetings and training
- Assume equal responsibility for general housekeeping tasks
- Attend to the needs of campers at all times
