Job Description
The Youth Development Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned Y Learning Center Sites and Day Camp, providing high-quality programs that meet state and YMCA guidelines, and ensuring safety and well-being of children.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in recreational education or childcare
- Leadership, administration, management, curriculum program planning, and budget development experience
- State of Michigan School Age and Child Care Licensing credentials
