Job Description
The YMCA Swim Instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading swim lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for participants of all ages and skill levels while promoting water safety and confidence in swimming.
Requirements
- Certifications: YMCA Swim Instructor, ASHI Basic Life Support (ASHI CPR Pro), Basic First Aid certification and Emergency Oxygen
- Must be able to demonstrate swim instructor skills in accordance with YMCA standards
- At least 16 years of age
