Job Description
The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator to provide safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments for children to learn and grow. The successful candidate will be a key part of a dynamic team that supports children's development through play-based learning, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to health and safety.
Requirements
- Early Childhood Education Diploma (two- or three-year program)
- Membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years working with children and/or youth
- Current Standard First Aid with Infant and Child CPR (Level C)
- Solid knowledge of Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
