Job Description
The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Day Camp Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will assist with planning and development of day camp programs and services, coordinate scheduling and planning of summer day camp programs, and ensure participant satisfaction. This is a full-time contract position for 8 months.
Requirements
- Possession of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- National Lifeguard certification (NLS) in good standing (where applicable)
- Minimum of one (2) years of experience in a supervisory or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Current and satisfactory Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
