Job Description
The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Day Camp Counsellor to join their team of committed professionals. The ideal candidate is dynamic, able to work as part of a progressive team, enjoys working with children, and is capable of managing multiple tasks.
Requirements
- Possession of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) preferred
- Experience working/leading group activities with children ages 4 to 12 years of age (i.e. babysitting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Current and satisfactory Police Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
