Job Description
The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Membership Services Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all membership data entry, financial payments, and course registration, as well as providing excellent customer service and promoting YMCA programs.
Requirements
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and promote membership sales
- Actively engage members and promote YMCA programs
- Complete sales transactions with new and renewing members and program participants
