Job Description
The YMCA of Orange County is seeking a highly engaged and service-oriented individual to work as an afterschool teacher at the Don Juan Avila YMCA in Aliso Viejo, CA. The teacher will be responsible for guiding children through curriculum-aligned activities, providing attentive service, and upholding the organization's core values. The role is an opportunity to directly impact the lives of children and families.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (experience preferred)
- 6 Child Development (CD) units + continuous enrollment toward 12 units (6 months experience required)
- 12 CD units (6 months experience required)
- 12 college units (6 in CD/Education) + 1 year experience required
