Job Description
The YMCA of Orange County is seeking highly engaged individuals for Part-time Youth Development Staff positions to directly impact the lives of children and families. The role involves guiding children through curriculum-aligned activities, providing attentive service, and creating a safe and positive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18+ years old.
- Experience: 6 months experience working with children preferred in an after-school, camp, or daycare setting.
- Education Requirements: 48 college units or passing proficiency exam prior to hire for (non-licensed/ASES programs).
