Job Description
Summer Camp Coordinator assists in various functions including communication, planning, marketing, and evaluation of Summer Day Camp programs to achieve strategic goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Provide direction, rules, and supervision of program activities
- Plan and implement daily activities that fit students' needs and interests
- Support retention of YMCA members through quality programming and maintaining attendance requirements
- Collect and process participants' weekly payments
- Ensure proper procedures for sign-in/out of students
- Conduct staff meetings and attend all staff meetings and YMCA trainings
- Report accidents/incidents and follow risk procedures
- Remain up to date on emergency procedures and certifications
