Member Services Representative will provide high-quality service to members and the community, working under the supervision of the Membership Director. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, promoting membership and programs, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a personal commitment to the mission and core values of the YMCA
• Possess sales experience and knowledge of business procedures
• Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Be able to work effectively with people and be a team member
