Membership Director

As a Membership Director at the Devos Blum Family YMCA, you will support the association's objective of membership growth, engagement, satisfaction, and retention through leadership of the membership activities for a full facility YMCA.

Requirements

• Direct all sales and operations of membership for the Family Center
• Active recruitment of new members
• Promotes program and membership enrollment
• Leads membership staff and volunteers
• Responsible for reconciling daily cash reports and accounts receivable
• Participates in the planning of the annual budget
• Monitors daily operations to adhere to all YMCA health and safety standards and policies
• Leads fund-raising campaign team and meet financial goals
