Strong swimmers encouraged to apply. We can help you get your Lifeguard Certification before you start work with us! Applicants must be able to complete the swim requirements prior to interview. Under the direction of the Aquatics Coordinator/Director and in accordance with the policies of the YMCA of Southwest Florida, the lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in or around the YMCA pool.
