Job Description
The Ipswich YMCA is hiring energetic, positive, and enthusiastic Camp Counselors for Summer 2026 at our Ipswich-area camps. As a Camp Counselor, you will lead engaging games, activities, and outdoor adventures, support campers' growth, confidence, and independence, supervise groups while ensuring safety and inclusion, and be a positive role model to create unforgettable summer memories.
Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Reliable transportation to commute to and arrive at camp on time daily
- Ability to commit to a Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm
- Mandatory Spring training on May 16th, 2025
