Job Description
The Child Watch Staff is responsible for providing a safe, caring environment for the Child Watch participants at the Mathews Family YMCA. The role involves welcoming, connecting, supporting, and engaging members, guests, and staff while promoting a professional work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Experience working with children in a supervised setting preferred
- Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 required within 60 days of hire
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and Child Protective Services check
