Lead Summer Camp Counselor

The Lead Summer Camp Counselor is responsible for supervising and ensuring the health and safety of an assigned group of children between the ages of 5-12 years, and may serve in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Camp Director.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum cumulative of one year of experience as a Camp Counselor.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children in a supervised setting.
• Proof of a negative TB test within the last two years.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 prior to first day of working camp.
• Medication Administration Training (MAT) Certification is required. Training will be provided upon hiring.
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check, sex offender registry, and Child Protective Services check.
