Instructs group exercise classes in a safe and enjoyable environment that promotes member wellness and engagement.
Requirements
- Lead group exercise classes
- Plan and conduct classes according to skill and fitness level of participants
- Build effective relationships with members and model relationship-building skills
- Maintain accurate class attendance records
- Follow YMCA policies and procedures
