Job Description
Maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Create a positive atmosphere and build relationships with members and program participants.
Requirements
- Actively scans and maintains constant vigilance over the aquatic area.
- Knows and reviews all emergency procedures, responds to emergency situations immediately per YMCA policies and procedures.
- Identifies and celebrates the successes of members and program participants
