Job Description
The Manager, Global Relations & Community Engagement advances Y-USA's global relations and community engagement priorities by leading financial stewardship, international and domestic/national grant administration, and global program strategy.
Requirements
- Leads GRACE financial planning, budgeting, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting
- Manages external and internal GRACE grant administration processes
- Co-leads global youth initiatives in partnership with Y-USA, local U.S. YMCAs, Area Alliances, and the World YMCA
- Supports the design and delivery of global and national programs and events
- Provides service delivery support rooted in the GRACE Leading Practices
