Requirements

• Completed HBO education in the direction of (technical) business administration or project management.
• At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in project management in a production or service environment.
• Demonstrable affinity with processes, process improvement, change management, and IT applications.
• Strong analytical skills, practical and result-oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management at all levels.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and driven to develop and improve projects and processes.
• Possesses a positive and open-minded attitude and knows how to inspire others.
